“Nothing is Just a Word” re-tags 50 familiar words to show how language functions emotionally, socially, and behaviorally. Through visual structures that include pictograms, typographic forms, and symbolic layering, it invites readers to revisit what words do, not just what they say.

“Tapping the Tagged Tags” is a research-based visual project that critically explores tagging systems in daily life.
It analyzes how tags categorize, define, and sometimes limit meaning. Through visual structures, participatory tools, and publishing, the project asks: “How can a visual tag system be used to critically re-tag the already labeled tags in our daily life?”
